The Health Cash Plan gives you and your family access to valuable health services and money back towards your essential healthcare costs. We’ll pay for this cover for most of our roles. If your role isn’t eligible for the plan we’ll offer Private Medical Insurance instead.
Everyone in our team can join our Pension scheme and we’ll include details of how to join with your job offer. We’re getting ready for Auto Enrolment, so everyone will be automatically enrolled into the scheme in the summer and will be able to opt out if they prefer not to take part.
We recognise that times are tough and we’re all trying to get the most value for our money. That’s why we offer ‘Your Rewards’ to all of our colleagues. It gives access to thousands of money saving offers from cinema tickets to holidays for them and their family to use.
When you come to our sites you’ll see we’re proud of the loyalty of our colleagues. Displayed in the reception areas are a vast quantity of Long Service certificates. We’re pleased to offer rewards to our long servers and look forward to presenting even more.
Where a new joiner has been recommended by an existing colleague, we’ll give the existing colleague a bonus to say thanks.
